Happy Monday! Let’s chat about avoidance. We all try to control situations to avoid pain – but sometimes the avoidance and fear of what MIGHT BE is more expensive than the pain we are trying to avoid, meaning it uses up more of our time and energy than if we would confront the perceived pain.
