Experience
I am a certified professional coach and an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP), both certifications obtained from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). I am also certified with the International Coach Federation, the industry standard for professionalism and ethics in coaching.
Before coaching, I was in neurological and psychological research for 20 years and have a degree in biological psychology which granted me a great appreciation of evidence-based skills and concepts. I now combine evidence-based strategies with effective coaching skills to help my clients achieve their goals, gain clarity on what drives them and connect with their authentic self for the ultimate goal of a more joyful and satisfying life.
